SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Certificate III qualification in Sterilising Services
• Prior experience working in a Sterilising Unit, 1 years minimum current experience
• A good knowledge of AS 5369:2023.
• Your positive attitude will enable you to work effectively alongside our team and independently as required
• You will be customer service oriented in both internal and external settings
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of safety and infection control procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

• Providing timely sterile products, trays, and equipment where applicable
• You will be rotated in various allocated areas in the department
• You will ensure consistency and continuous workflow between the various Operating Theatre areas and CSSD whilst practising exceptional customer service and maintaining the high operational standards of the sterilisation departmen
