As the CSSD Manager your responsibilities will include: Over-seeing a high standard of evidence-based Sterilization services to the operating theatre and other clinical departments within the hospital As the CSSD Manager you will adhere to Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) standards and plan, assess, implement and evaluate the cleaning, sterilization and packing of hospital instruments Provide clinical leadership - providing direction, support, supervision, teaching and specific clinical specialty direction for CSSD Technicians About us Sydney Southwest Private Hospital is a 98 bed, 7 operating theatres acute surgical hospital that serves the needs of the local community at Liverpool and surrounds. Services provided include Surgical Day Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Oncology Unit as well as a Mental Health Unit.
