Job Description Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is looking for a motivated individual to join our friendly Theatre team as a CSSD Technician on a permanent full-time basis. As a CSSD Technician you will be responsible for sterilising, preparing, and maintaining medical and surgical instruments to ensure patient safety. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong work ethic, punctuality, integrity, respect and a commitment to professional practice. You will also bring: Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or willing to undertake Prior CSSD Technician experience is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and strong task orientation Commitment to continuous improvement and the achievement of excellence Available to work a 7-day rotating roster What’s in it for You?
