ABOUT US

At TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services, we’re expanding services into new counties to meet the need for high-quality, community-based care. Our Community Support Team (CST) provides intensive, team-based treatment for adults living with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and functional impairments that put them at risk of hospitalization or institutionalization.
We are seeking a licensed clinician to serve as the CST Team Lead — the Medicaid-required clinical leader for the program. This is a unique opportunity to help build CST services in a new area while leading a multidisciplinary team that delivers measurable impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NC Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
  • Associate/Provisional licenses accepted with arranged supervision.
  • Meets Medicaid Team Lead requirements for CST.
  • 1+ year of clinical supervisory experience OR 2+ years of direct clinical service.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation and compliance standards.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across counties.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Team Lead in compliance with NC Medicaid requirements, providing clinical oversight and direct interventions as needed.
  • Supervise QPs, APs, paraprofessionals, and Peer Support Specialists.
  • Lead weekly team meetings and provide individualized staff supervision.
  • Ensure 75%+ of services are delivered face-to-face in community settings.
  • Review and approve treatment plans, service notes, CCAs, and discharges.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for compliance issues.
  • Provide direct services (therapy, crisis response, psychoeducation) as needed.
  • Collaborate with MCOs, LMEs, referral sources, and community partners to ensure care coordination.
