Thank you for your interest in Cognizant career opportunities. About the role We are looking for a CSV Validation/ Compliance Test Manager to join our team for a permanent role. This role combines expertise in Validation, Data & Analytics, Audit Readiness, and Business/Product Analysis, supported by strong capabilities in strategy, change management, continuous process improvement, and citizen development. The position is responsible for enabling high‑quality, compliant, data‑driven, and efficient business operations through structured analysis, validation, process excellence, and stakeholder facilitation. In this role, you will: Perform end‑to‑end validation of systems, tools, automations, and analytics workflows in alignment with regulatory expectations and internal quality frameworks. Develop validation deliverables (e.g., URS, risk assessments, validation plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, reports). Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and system expectations. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct advanced data analysis to derive insights and support business decision‑making. Design dashboards, visualizations, and KPI frameworks to support operational and strategic visibility. Perform data profiling, data quality assessment, and data integrity reviews across systems. Support internal/external audits through documentation review, evidence preparation, and control assessment. Identify audit findings, gaps, and remediation actions; drive follow‑up and closure. Ensure processes, systems, and data adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position in a client or Cognizant office in Raritan, New Jersey. What you need to have to be considered: 8+ years of hands-on experience with CSV (Computer Systems Validation) or CSA (Computer Software Assurance), data analysis, and audit principles. Proficiency in analytics platforms, visualization tools, and data engineering concepts. Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with Lean/Process Excellence methodologies and process documentation tools. Strong facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills. Experience with low‑code/no‑code citizen development tools (e.g., PowerApps, Alteryx, Appian). Ability to work in cross‑functional, high‑complexity environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. These will help you stand out: Life Sciences experience is highly preferred. Experience with low‑code/no‑code tools such as PowerApps, Alteryx, or Appian. Strong facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to support audits and regulatory inspections. Experience defining data quality frameworks and metrics. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until February 16th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
