Description

House 38 Lifting, transferring and personal supports will be required. We are three young men sharing a home and looking for a Community Support Worker who would enjoy connecting us to all the exciting opportunities available to in the community. We require physical and personal supports and we rely on a wheelchair for our mobility. Monday to Friday: 3pm to 10pm 35 awake / zero sleep hrs per week.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing physical and personal support, including lifting and transferring, for three young men who use wheelchairs for mobility. The Community Support Worker will also be responsible for connecting the residents to various community opportunities.
