Description

House 38 Lifting, transferring and personal supports will be required. We are three young men sharing a home and looking for a Community Support Worker who would enjoy connecting them to all the exciting opportunities available to them in the community. Both of us require physical and personal supports and we both rely on a wheelchair for our mobility. Friday to Saturday: 10pm to 9am 50 awake hrs /12 sleep per week 2.

Responsibilities

The Community Support Worker will provide physical and personal supports to the three young men living in the home. They will also help connect them to community opportunities.
