HOUSE 1814   FEMALE REQUIRED   Lifting, Transferring and Personal Care is Required.   Three senior ladies are currently looking for someone interested in supporting them alternate Saturday and Sunday.  The ladies do require someone who has the ability to provide physical support such as lifting and transferring and able to provide personal care.  The ladies enjoy exploring activities in the community, music, having friends over to visit and movies.  The ladies enjoy being social and want someone to support and assist them to enjoy life to the fullest.  The successful applicant will be a good role model and mentor and will allow the ladies to take the lead and support their choices and decisions.   This position is a front-line position that is vital in accomplishing the mission and values that govern the work done by this Association. The Community Support Worker is a valued member of a team that assists individuals, supported by our Association, to live in the community as independently as possible. They support and actively encourage the individuals to live in accordance with their own beliefs, desires and choices.    As a team member, the CSW strives to communicate in a considerate, thoughtful and attentive manner with their co-workers and the individuals we support. A CSW will represent the Association courteously and professionally in all interactions they have with guardians, other agencies and the community at large. Saturday and Sunday: 3pm to 9pm 12 awake hrs / zero sleep hrs week 2
