Description
      HOUSE 2806 Lifting, transferring and personal supports will be required. Three men who share a home are looking for a support person weekday evenings.  The men are fun loving, enjoy socializing and always looking forward to what life has to offer.  Previous experience supporting individuals living in their own home and providing physical support and personal care would be an asset. Available positions at this location: Mon-Fri: 4p-9p Awake 25 Hrs / Sleep 0 Hrs
Responsibilities
The support person will be responsible for lifting, transferring, and providing personal supports to three men living in a shared home. They will assist with personal care and engage in social activities.
