Description
  Community Support Worker ROVER  Lifting, transferring and personal care is required.   Southern Alberta Community Living Association is currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker.  This position will be used to fill a variety of shifts in up to 4 separate homes during the scheduled hours of work.   The successful applicant will be assigned locations of work based on the support needs of the individuals as identified by the Team Leader/Scheduling Coordinator; shift assignments will be subject to change depending on the need. This CSW must have the ability to work in all homes with all individuals.  This position, working closely with a team of Community Support Workers, will require a flexible person who is a positive, motivated and outgoing individual.  The successful applicant will have a demonstrated history of supporting individuals with all levels of support, good computer skills and excellent communication skills including English language skills both written and verbal. As a team member, the CSW strives to communicate in a considerate, thoughtful and attentive manner with their co-workers and the individuals we support. A CSW will represent the Association courteously and professionally in all interactions they have with guardians, other agencies and the community at large.                    Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm 40 awake / zero sleep hrs per week.
Responsibilities
