Coordination and sustainable implementation of customer inquiries, product consulting and close cooperation with sales in the use of the Service Cloud to resolve customer inquiries and create a positive customer experience
Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, needs and expectations by providing feedback on customer interactions
Contact person for other internal departments (Center of Excellence, GBS+, Sales, Logistic etc.) for further resolution of customer enquiries
Proactive communication and coordination in the event of delivery delays, returns and rush orders
Support and participation in projects & process optimization in customer service such as evaluation of “Voice of Customer”, further customer inquiries or surveys
