JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The CT Applications Specialist is responsible for providing post-sale CT installation, training and customer service activities and support, including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. The CT Applications Specialist is also responsible for formal technical and clinical support during the sales process for the CT business. Responsibilities include providing required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial/site support).

TRAINING & EDUCATION

  • Collect, analyse, and communicate appropriate customer training, and competitive information
  • Provide a full education and training programme for customers, CA/dealers, and internal GE personnel
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training
  • Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices
  • Report constructive feedback to wider team on new product introductions
  • Work closely with modality/clinical/applications leader and Segment Lead to drive the business
  • Work with Modality/Segment/Clinical lead and Applications lead in developing clinical education offerings to the ANZ market
  • Collaborate with the broader AKA applications leaders in developing regionalised education programs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation science
  • Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience, previous experience on GE CT Platforms preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide
  • A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills will allow you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
