JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, CT scans, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques, as well as excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Essential:
  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration.
  • CT Experience
  • Desirable:
  • Familiarity with Canon CT Equipment
  • Post-Mortem / Forensic Radiography Experience

  • Conduct thorough post-mortem CT scans following established protocols.
  • Prepare and position deceased individuals for imaging with respect and care.
  • Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately document scan parameters and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in handling deceased individuals while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiography and forensic imaging.
  • Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives.
