The Supervisor Computed Tomography (CT) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities and specialized functions of the CT section. This position collaborates with the medical director and/or the appropriate physician in the development or modification of test procedures and protocols. The Supervisor monitors work performed to maintain optimal timeliness, accuracy, proficiency, efficiency, and safety of CT staff, including ensuring the maintenance of discipline within their section and providing a familiar and structured base to meet accreditation processes for accrediting bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Associate’s Degree in Radiology
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology
• 3 years CT Required
• Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• X-Ray Operators (OPCERT) - State Licensing Board in applicable state
