BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in scientific, business or IT-related field OR high school diploma with 10+ years of experience in IT leadership/program management.
• 10+ years leadership experience working with business partners to deliver business outcomes through IT solutions and services, deep knowledge about information security, strong leadership and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in delivering and sustaining solutions throughout software development lifecycle: design, engineering, construct, testing, deployment, and support of software solutions, platforms, services, and capabilities.

As a member of the R&D Tech@Lilly organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly technical and fast-paced team in a scientifically challenging area responsible for clinical product delivery transformation agenda to support an ever-changing research and development environment.
Within Tech@Lilly, Clinical Supply & Delivery delivers critical systems and support to help speed innovation to patients through planning, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and dispensation of the right product to the right patient at the right time, every time. This role will report to Mohit Gupta, Sr. Director, Clinical Supply & Delivery (CS&D).
