Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a CT Technologist for a high-performing hospital system in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for CT techs looking for strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient environments. POSITION OVERVIEW The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality images, maintaining patient safety, and supporting clinical teams in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. SCHEDULE OPTIONS • Nights Weekdays: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (Monday through Thursday) • Nights Weekdays: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Monday through Thursday) • Nights Weekends: 8:30 PM to 9:00 AM (Friday through Sunday) • On-call requirements as needed COMPENSATION • Hourly rate $27.42 to $36.95 based on experience • $15,000 sign-on bonus • Night differential $3.00 per hour • Evening differential $2.00 per hour • Weekend differential $5.00 per hour KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform CT imaging procedures using ionizing radiation to detect pathology • Operate and regulate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images • Process, organize, and maintain images within PACS systems • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for accurate diagnostics WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY • Strong sign-on bonus and shift differentials • Flexible scheduling options including nights and weekends • Opportunity for both inpatient and outpatient imaging experience • Supportive and well-staffed imaging department • Stable hospital system with long-term growth opportunities BENEFITS • Health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • Paid time off • Health savings account • 401k with 100 percent match on 3 percent to 9 percent of pay based on years of service • Short term and long term disability • Life insurance • Education assistance including tuition, student loan, and certification support • Dependent scholarships • Full support staff Requirements REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1 year of CT experience required • Acute care experience NOT required for main hospital • Acute care experience required for FSED opportunities • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist License required • ARRT certification required • Registered CT Technologist required • Basic Cardiac Life Support required • Strong technical and patient care skills Not ready to formally apply?
