Evergreen Radia, a part of Radia, Inc., is actively seeking an experience Lead CT Technologist to become a valuable member of our team. We operate as an Outpatient Imaging Center, serving patients six days a week, and are conveniently located in Kirkland, Washington. Join our exceptional team committed to delivering high-quality imaging services and providing excellent patient care.  Compensation: The salary range is $44.66/hour to $69.78/hour. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week. Opportunity to receive up to $10,000 in Sign On Bonus. Position Summary * Provides leadership and direction in the day-to-day processes and workflow of the CT/X-ray technical areas utilizing effective communication skills with technologist team.  * Assists Imaging Center Manager with coordinating regular staff schedules and arranging coverage for both planned and unplanned absences. * Properly performs CT imaging to ACR standards * Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high-quality imaging * Assists the radiologist with specialized procedures  * Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications * Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner * Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards * Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance   Qualifications and Requirements * Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study    * Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT) * One year of CT experience minimum * Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR * Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions   About Radia: Evergreen Radia Imaging Center is a part of Radia, one of the nation's largest and most progressive radiology groups.
