Description Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a CT Technologist for a permanent opportunity in Kissimmee, Florida. Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist performs computerized tomography scans on various portions of the body to assist medical staff in the detection of abnormalities. This role supports a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric and requires strong technical expertise, patient-centered care, and collaboration within the radiology team. Key Responsibilities • Perform computerized tomography (CT) scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols. • Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort. • Provide care to critically ill, sub-acute, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with appropriate clinical judgment. • Operate CT equipment and related imaging technology accurately and efficiently. • Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and healthcare team members to support diagnostic accuracy. • Perform duties consistent with those of a Radiologic Technologist as assigned. Compensation Hourly Pay Range (Based on Years of Experience) • $32.65/hour (minimum) • $35.65/hour (mid-range, approximately 10 years of experience) • $40.65/hour (maximum) Additional Compensation • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 • Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience REQUIRED. • Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate from an approved School of Radiology. • State of Florida HRS General Radiography license. • ARRT certification required (R and CT). • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience Notes • Acute care experience is NOT required for main hospital roles. • For Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) opportunities, candidates MUST have at least 1 year of acute care CT experience.
