Description We are searching for an experienced CT Technologist for a full time, 1 year W-2 contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Long Beach, California. Any state license is accepted for this position (no CA license requirement). This is a fantastic contract offering a stable weekly schedule, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to serve our nation's Veterans. Position Highlights $55/hour W-2 Compensation Healthcare Benefits + 401k 1 Year VA Contract with Extension Opportunities Any U.S. state license accepted 40 hours/week Position: Diagnostic Radiologic (CT) Technologist Location: Long Beach, CA - VA Medical Center Compensation: $55/hour + Healthcare Coverage & 401k Contract Dates: 6/30/2026-6/29/2027 Weekday & Weekend Shifts (Sample Schedules Below) Day Shift: 7am-7:30pm Night Shift: 6pm-6:30am Requirements Current ARRT (R) and Advanced ARRT Computed Tomography certification for CT Experience starting IV and contrast injections IV Certification Preferred PACS Experience Required At Least 1 year of experience as DRT (CT) Clean Malpractice History & Criminal Record

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures for Veterans at the VA Medical Center. Responsibilities include starting IVs, administering contrast injections, and utilizing PACS for image management.
