Your tasks:

• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Control and monitoring of production processes via the process control station
• Professional leadership of a small team in multi-shift operations
• Identifying, documenting, and communicating disruptions in the production process
• Active support in troubleshooting and fault correction.
• Sampling and forwarding of samples for quality assurance

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a chemical production specialist, chemical technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in a chemical production plant
• Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for processes, machines and technology
• Independent, meticulous and structured work style - you work in a detail-oriented, reliable, punctual and conscientious manner.
• Teamwork skills - You enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and flexibility in deployment
