Be a key driver of operational excellence and performance optimisation, within our Chief Technology Office and AI Transformation (CTO&AI) team. In this exciting role, you’ll work collaboratively across all CTO&AI teams to enhance our operational performance and support the implementation of initiatives aligned to our strategic missions.

• Provide analysis and recommendations for effective domain-wide planning, financial management, resource management and governance
• Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement opportunities including supporting uplift in AI related processes and practices
• Contribute to CTO&AI’s operational reporting to support financial performance, workforce planning, risk management and the tracking of performance metrics
• Support ways-of-working standardisation across CTO&AI teams leveraging agile and scaled delivery frameworks, knowledge management, service catalogues and continuous improvement practices
• Provide guidance and training for teams on updates to processes, governance standards and guardrails
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners to fostering clear communication and positive culture
