Description:
Overview:
This IT Operations Asst Analyst role will be supporting all IT services, the computer systems and network environment (including IT/OT) in the Singapore manufacturing plant to ensure operational stability. This individual will be customer focused with good technical skills and be self-directed in troubleshooting, maintaining, and continuously improving IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Plant IT equipment setup, installation, troubleshooting and resolution activities
- Network and Compute infrastructure sustain support
- Support PepsiCo’s Cybersecurity programs
- End user Workplace Programs, user support and Training
- Enterprise Solutions Applications Testing
- Administration of user accounts and provisioning of systems access
- Maintain and update process, system documentation, inventory, and user guides
- Future Technology Lifecycle management (TLM) program
- Call logging, incident management, service request fulfillment within SLA
- Support Project Portfolio Execution for the site considering global, sector and local programs
- Build relationships to ensure engagement with key stakeholders such as Operations, Automation, Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, Finance, PGCS IT. Manage Third Party Vendors
- The role will support a range of technologies: Network Wi-Fi, Network Local Area Network (LAN), Network security (Fire Walls), System access, cloud computing, server/compute infrastructure, Rubrik backup, Operations Technology (OT)- Thin Clients, System Platform, vendor remote access, Laptops, desktops, tablets, manufacturing Printers/applicators, scan guns, SOTI, video conference rooms, telephony/PBX, digital signage
Out-of-office hours support required as necessary for issue resolution and project activities
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in IT with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
- IT Infrastructure experience with good understanding and expertise across relevant manufacturing systems, programs, applications. Key areas are Network, Compute, Security, Workplace Services and Manufacturing IT/OT
- Experience collaborating, building relationships across multiple functions and diverse teams
- Project Management skills/experience
- Experience in stakeholder and third-party vendor management
- Experience in scoping/evaluating proposals for new solutions, troubleshooting/escalating issues on existing solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of business drivers/priorities/operations/process/IT & OT applications
- Good breadth and depth in technologies namely: Active Directory, Windows, Office365, RD Web, SCCM, Intune, Network, Telephony, Managed Print Services
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
- End to end ownership; act as owner by taking a holistic approach to solutions scoping and problem solving and actively driving collaboration across functions
- Ability to engage and influence across business functions
- In depth knowledge of Manufacturing IT infrastructure and application inter-dependencies
- Awareness of IT, business, and IT/OT governance strategies
- Ability to integrate well within a team (local and virtual) environment
- Experience supporting a large user base in a multicultural environment
- Well organized and strong ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities
- Service Oriented and Process Driven
- Microsoft and equivalent technical certifications
- ITIL certifications and practical experience
- Project Management certifications and practical experience
