QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Additional training or certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Software Development Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), or Healthcare IT standards are advantageous.

THE ROLE

As CTO, you will lead our technological development and implementation of innovative solutions to drive our vision to revolutionise the radiology business. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will be pivotal in shaping our technology strategy, driving product innovation, and ensuring seamless integration with clinical platforms and external client systems. This pivotal role demands a problem-solver and a proactive leader with a strong understanding of new and upcoming technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technology Development: Oversee and manage the creation and deployment of advanced technological solutions, ensuring they deliver robust performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Client Connection & Integration: Lead efforts to integrate our technology seamlessly with client systems, ensuring effective communication and compliance with industry standards such as HL7, DICOM, and FHIR.
  • Clinical Platform Management: Manage and continuously improve our clinical technology platforms, ensuring they meet both internal operational needs and external client requirements.
  • Product and Service Roadmap: Develop and manage a clear, strategic roadmap for our products and services, prioritising innovation and responding swiftly to market needs.
  • AI & Automation: Drive the development, deployment, and integration of AI technologies to enhance diagnostic accuracy, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
