Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and vision. Lead the technology team in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions. Ensure that all technology practices adhere to industry standards and best practices. Evaluate and analyze emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings. Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for technology projects and initiatives. Represent the company in external technology forums and discussions to establish partnerships. Proven experience as a CTO or in another leadership role within a technology-focused organization. Exceptional understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products. Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud computing, and Agile software development methodologies. Experience with establishing and maintaining IT infrastructures, security measures, and compliance protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive strategic decision-making and align technological advancements with business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
