Ohpen is athe leading fintech company specializing in SaaS solutions for the administration of everyday financial products. Our cloud-native platform powers the back-office servicing of mortgages and savings products. As a product-led and DevOps-driven organization, we operate in multi-disciplinary teams that combine software development, quality assurance, and product management.
We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team, leading a technology division of 150+ people and driving the successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.While maintaining high quality servicing of live clients.

HARD SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Track Record of Delivery – You have led technology teams that ship complex SaaS products on time and at scale.
  • 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
  • Experience in fintech or regulated industries with a strong understanding of compliance and security best practices.
  • Expertise in SaaS architectures, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with scalable microservices architectures, API-driven platforms, and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience managing engineering teams of 100+ people, fostering a culture of accountability and execution.
