Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to shape a high-growth Fintech platform?
We’re scaling fast, and with investment secured and revenue growing, we’re looking for a Head of Engineering / CTO to architect our platform for scale, lead our small dev team, and bridge the gap between product, compliance, and commercial stakeholders for our client

As our Head of Engineering / CTO, you’ll:

• Lead the technical direction and scalable architecture of our platform
• Oversee the build of efficient internal systems and client-facing features
• Collaborate across product, compliance, and operations teams
• Engage directly with investors, clients, and senior leadership
• Build and grow our in-house engineering team (currently 1 engineer)
• Ensure systems are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations
