Description

Developer Enablement is a function of the CTO organization. Jira Management and Hygiene: Story and Item Documentation: Ensure all user stories, tasks, bugs, and other Jira items are clearly, concisely, and comprehensively documented, including acceptance criteria, business value, and technical details where appropriate. Prioritization and Refinement: Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints. Reporting and Dashboards: Generate reports and maintain dashboards in Jira to provide stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date visibility into project progress, team velocity, and burndown. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external groups. Delivery Planning and Tracking: Assist in detailed release planning, track progress against delivery milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Essential: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Scrum Master in an enterprise software development environment. Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Demonstrable expertise in Jira administration and meticulous management of project items, including advanced query skills and dashboard creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Experience with technical requirements analysis.
