Primary Duties & Responsibilities * The Senior Manager 1, Operation is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the manufacturing plant, including production, planning, quality, warehouse, and maintenance operations. This role provides leadership and collaboration to cross-functional teams ensures that plant operations achieve business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity while driving continuous improvement, innovation, digitalization, and automation in manufacturing processes. Education & Experience * Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic, Material Science or equivalent experience * 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industry, particularly in foreign company. * 10 + years of managerial/leadership experience * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization Skills * Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills * Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities. * Solid understanding of profit drivers and P&L performance * Access to manufacturing methodologies and proprietary process information Working Conditions * Exposure to some of chemicals and machine oils.
