Job Details Job Location: Reed Street - Philadelphia, PA 19146 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Job Shift: Day Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services The CUA Case Manager Supervisor provides direct supervision of all aspects of the work of a team of Case Managers and Case Management support workers within Bethanna’s Community Umbrella Agency services. The Supervisor ensures that trauma informed and identified evidenced based practices are implemented with fidelity in order to achieve identified Improving Outcomes for Children outcomes and maintain quality of service in accordance with Bethanna, licensing, and contracting standards and/or regulations. The Supervisor oversees the development, implementation and outcomes of each family’s Single Case Plan. The Supervisor ensures the safety of all family members; the appropriate identification, utilization and monitoring of services; and the implementation of DHS CUA Practice Guidelines. The Supervisor works directly with DHS teams and staff assigned to Bethanna’s CUA to collaborate on service delivery. The Supervisor ensures that all documentation and required paperwork is completed according to professional standards and in a timely manner Qualifications •Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required •Three or more years experience in Child Welfare and/or Human Services is required •Supervisory experience is strongly preferred •Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements. •Good oral and written communications skills in English. •Ability to work effectively in a faith-based organization. •Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, co-workers and visitors. •Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel,. Ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed and required.
