What You’ll Do As a Cable Technician, you’ll be the face of CUI in the field—delivering reliable, high-quality service directly to customers. * Install, troubleshoot, and repair internet, cable TV, phone, and alarm systems * Perform service upgrades, relocations, and audits at residential and commercial locations * Ensure every installation meets quality, safety, and customer experience standards * Educate customers on their services and equipment * Manage and maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory * Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time reporting What We’re Looking For We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment. * Previous cable, fiber, or broadband installation experience required * Comfortable working with tools, technology, and hands-on problem solving * Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights (ladders up to 30 ft.) * Willingness to work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening * Flexible schedule, including weekends * Minimum age: 23 What You Get We believe great technicians deserve great compensation, tools, and opportunity.
