Responsibilities
  • Applies health and safety rules
  • Apply safety rules;
  • Apply WHMIS;
  • Follows equipment operating instructions.
  • Respect the maintenance tasks of the restaurant and the equipment;
  • Ensures that the workstation is kept clean;
  • Organize workstation and work effectively;
  • Adhere to Kuto restaurant recipes;
  • Unpack and store groceries in refrigerators, storage rooms and other designated storage areas;
  • Store products and preparations according to probable shelf life;
  • Maintains inventory rotation;
  • Prepare food for serving;
  • Maintain set turnaround time;
  • Maintain consistency in the quality of preparations in terms of taste, appearance and doneness;
  • Identify the different components of the Kuto menus;
  • Prepare the different items on the Kuto menu;
  • Maintain consistency in the quality of dishes;
  • Perform any other task requested by the manager
