Description Job Summary: The Culinary Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Culinary Department, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with systems, data, and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Food Inventory Management (Primary Responsibility): Establish, maintain, and manage the Club’s food inventory system, including entering invoices, receiving items in the system, updating product data, and assisting with monthly physical inventory counts. Assist the Executive Chef with invoice processing, including coding, tracking, and ensuring timely submission and accuracy. Maintain organized records and documentation related to purchasing, inventory, and vendor activity. Provide general administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary team as needed. Assist with additional administrative projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word Comfortable working with data entry, systems, and basic accounting processes Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
