Job Description Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations. Collaborate with chefs and fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting seasonal or creative dish ideas. Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in clean, organized condition. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Deliver consistent quality aligned with Roswyn’s brand promise of refined hospitality. Qualifications &Skills Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred. Strong passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.
