Enjoy a strong benefits package The Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year (credit for experience provided) How you will make an impact: We are seeking a Culinary Director for our Assisted Living community. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the dining department, including: Hiring, managing, and scheduling kitchen staff. Developing and updating menus. Ordering food and supplies. Ensuring safe food handling and regulatory compliance. Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests. Maintaining overall supervision of dining operations and staff. Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position with primarily daytime hours, Monday–Friday. What you will need: Experience in food service, production, and cooking. CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire. At least 1 year of experience as a Dining Manager, Culinary Director, or in a similar leadership role (preferred). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
