Description Job Title: Culinary – Expediter Location: Williamsville, NY Department: Culinary/Kitchen Employment Status: Part-time The Country Club of Buffalo is seeking culinary team members to join our kitchen as Expediters. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of dishes from the kitchen to our dining areas, maintaining quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Our culinary department is led by Executive Chef Joe Piazza, CEC, CCA, AAC, who has guided some of the nation’s premier country club culinary operations throughout his distinguished career. Requirements CULINARY – EXPEDITER RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating with the kitchen and front of house staff Organizing order tickets Ensuring order accuracy Timely delivery of food to members and guests Maintain a clean and orderly workspace at all times in the kitchen CULINARY – EXPEDITER QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for long periods, and lift moderate weight Team culture is foundational to the service provided to our memberships, and we expect CCB employees to take great PRIDE in their role at the Club.
