Position Overview: As an Expeditor, your role is to ensure strong communication between the kitchen and front of house. By being extremely well versed on all dishes our menu consists of, you will ensure we maintain consistency in our dining experience. Responsibilities: Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front of house team during service. Ensure all plates meet presentation, temperature, and accuracy standards before leaving the pass. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the expo station at all times. Assist in garnishing, organizing dishes, and adding sauce to dishes. Manage order tickets and timing to ensure efficient service flow. Responsibilities
The Expeditor ensures strong communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff by being extremely knowledgeable about all menu items to maintain dining consistency.
