Description Oryana is currently seeking a Culinary Manager for our West location to support the Culinary team and associated sub-departments including our Kitchen, Cheese Dept., Bakery, Coffee Bar and Sprout Cafe. The Culinary Manager provides support by curating an exceptional customer experience while also managing product quality, consistency, pricing, margin, and merchandising. This role regularly spends time in each sub-department to maintain knowledge and support staff while guiding, directing, and coaching Culinary Leadership to ensure all functions of the department have sufficient levels of backup and support. Requirements The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory and culinary experience and will be trained, or willing to be trained, in a food safety program such as ServSafe Food Protection Manager. Open availability is required including some evening and weekend hours.
