Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Culinary Operations Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations at Lola’s Taco Bar. This role is responsible for culinary execution, team leadership, food quality, and cost control while supporting efficient, scalable kitchen systems. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who balances operational discipline with a passion for great food. Key Responsibilities Oversee all BOH operations, including prep, line execution, and service standards Train, coach, and develop kitchen leadership and hourly staff Ensure consistent execution of Lola’s menu, recipes, and quality standards Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Partner with ownership and operations on menu updates, specials, and kitchen processes Build and maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture Compensation & Benefits $80,000 annual salary 10 days paid time off (PTO) annually Opportunity to lead and help scale a growing concept Supportive ownership and operations team How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief introduction outlining relevant experience and leadership approach.
