Compensation Range $20.00 / Hour Position Overview: Accepting applications from Jan 23 through Feb 23. Applicant selection occurs through Mar 15th. The internship will begin on either June 8, or June 15, 2025, and will run for a total of 10 weeks. As a Cheesecake Culinary Operations R&D Analyst Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Kitchen Operations team by contributing to meaningful projects and hands-on responsibilities that align with your future career goals. Reporting to the Senior Administrative Specialist you’ll join a Kitchen Operations team of 15, based in Calabasas Hills, CA. Together, you’ll support the Kitchen Operations function for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, a $3.6 billion public company with over 350 restaurants and more than 47,000 staff members nationwide. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Audit Medallia/Service Channel/Crunchtime systems Develop a Master Product Catalog Master Equipment Guide development Steward/Prep/Line station Manual development What we require: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution. Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education. Majoring in Business administration, mathematics, computer science/programming. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Available to work from the Support Center at least 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) Work experience in a restaurant (Front or Back of the house) Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Advanced in MS Office (Excel - Macros, PivotTables, VLookup) Additional Preferred Skillsets: SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis/visualization tools. Responsibilities

The intern will support the Kitchen Operations team by contributing to meaningful projects and hands-on responsibilities. This includes auditing systems and developing various operational guides.
