QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years or older
• 1+ year of fast casual restaurant management experience
• Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate (NYC food handlers certificate)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

• Support the General and Assistant General Managers in daily operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership, assisting with cashier duties, prep, grill, and cleaning.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and help maximize restaurant efficiency.
