As a Culinary at Hampton Chocolate Factory, you’ll be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring every dessert is executed with precision, artistry, and consistency. In this hands-on leadership role, you will organize, train, and guide the kitchen team to deliver premium products that meet exacting standards, while also supporting recipe organization, R&D, and seasonal rollouts.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager to maintain uncompromising quality, introduce new products, and create smooth, efficient workflows in the kitchen. As the standard-bearer of recipes, MOPs, and production methods, you’ll balance craftsmanship with disciplined execution—making sure every dessert reflects Hampton Chocolate Factory’s promise of a ’one-of-a-kind memorable experience.’
