SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment
• Culinary school diploma preferred
• Valid Food Handler’s certification
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours
• Ability to follow recipes and plating specifications consistently
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
