This position is responsible for continuing our hospitality philosophy through our Culinary experience. We have a TEAM approach to success in our Culinary Department and we are looking for someone to compliment our staff!
We are currently looking for an individual to lead our Culinary Team. This position will be responsible for compliance with all governmental and company regulations concerning staffing, food storage, preparation, handling, along with all safety and sanitation procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Food service experience: 2 years
• Restaurant management or similar experience: 2 years
• Must be able to cook for large groups
• Possess excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
• State Food Sanitation Certification required
