REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: · Excellent knife skills and high-volume restaurant experience. · Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills. · Maintain an active food safety certification Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. · Previous experience in training culinary team members. · Reliable transportation. · Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift heavy objects. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: · Previous high volume restaurant kitchen experience. · Ability to read and identify order items on a chit ticket.
