Are you a food-loving leader with a knack for keeping things hot in the kitchen and cool under pressure? Margaritaville is calling! We’re on the lookout for a Culinary Supervisor who’s ready to bring flavor, fun, and fantastic leadership to our tropical paradise.
As our Culinary Supervisor, you’ll be the captain of the kitchen – steering the crew, keeping the vibes high, and making sure every dish that sails out is top-notch. You’ll work side by side with an incredible team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced, island-inspired environment where quality and creativity go hand in hand.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a true passion for food and flavor
  • Brings strong leadership and a hands-on approach
  • Loves developing fresh ideas and inspiring others
  • Can juggle inventory, food costs, and kitchen coordination without breaking a sweat

In this role, you’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, support your team’s growth, and help keep our menu as vibrant and exciting as a sunset on the beach. From à la carte to banquet-style service, your knowledge of cooking techniques will help keep our kitchen efficient, clean, and always ready for the next wave.
