Produce menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company.
Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping manage budgetary goals.

Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top quality ingredients while balancing costs daily.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong Culinary production skills.
Desire to help and motivate the people around you to always do their best.
Committed to continuous improvement.
Energetic and positive.
Committed to being inclusive and embrace diversity.
Previous Culinary Leadership experience is an asset.
