ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Development Sous Chef to join our DashMart Kitchens (DMK) Culinary team in Redwood City. This is a great opportunity for a kitchen professional ready to take the next step into a research and development-focused role. You’ll oversee daily operations of our test kitchen—managing cleanliness, organization, ordering, and inventory—while also serving as the culinary lead for our third-party brand partners. A key part of your work will be running DashMart Kitchens University, delivering on-site training to site managers preparing to launch new DMK locations and concepts. You’ll collaborate closely with our Selection Strategy & Operations lead to better understand brand performance and help identify new opportunities for innovation. In this role, you’ll manage a Development Commis and report directly to the Lead R&D Chef.
