QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be New York State or Buffalo certified in the tenure area Culinary. It is required that candidates must attach a PDF or a screen shot of their certifications. Preference will be given to applicants with current City of Buffalo residency.
JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate should have the ability to teach culinary skills in a classroom/restaurant setting to high school students. American Culinary Federation curriculum is utilized and latest skills are taught. Culinary skills needed include, but are not limited to areas, such as: Commercial Food Production, Commercial Baking, Gourmet Food Preparation, State-of-the-Art Foodservice Computer Operation, Catering and Banquet Operations, Restaurant Management and Nutrition.
