JOB OVERVIEW

The Cultivation Technician plays a vital role in the agricultural sector, responsible for the hands-on care and management. This position requires a blend of technical skills and practical experience in horticulture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of plant growth, animal husbandry, and equipment operation, ensuring that cultivation processes are efficient and effective.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including repairs and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Monitor plant health and growth patterns, applying knowledge of horticulture to improve yields.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed during planting or harvesting seasons.
