Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve organisational development, culture, and employee experience initiatives that align with SDPRIA’s People Strategy.
  • Facilitate impactful learning and development initiatives, including workshops, coaching, and hands-on experiences to grow capability across all levels.
  • Coach managers and staff to enhance performance, collaboration, people management, and communication.
  • Embed and drive culture and engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and tailored initiatives that foster meaningful change and a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to evaluate initiatives, ensuring they deliver maximum impact, best service, and meaningful outcomes for our people
